01General Rules

BB4 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form the legal basis of the agreement between BB4 and its users.

02Account Registration & Usage Terms

The following requirements must be met in order to successfully create an account and use the BB4 platform.

Eligibility Requirements

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Account registration and betting by minors is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual may register only one account. Multiple accounts sharing the same name, phone number, or payment method are not permitted.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
• Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Your password should never be shared with anyone.

Prohibited Activities

• Using another person's account or sharing your account without authorisation is prohibited.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• BB4 must not be used for money laundering or any fraudulent activity.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses may result in account termination.

03Identity Verification (KYC) Process

BB4 complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. As a result, identity verification is required before withdrawals above a certain amount can be processed.

Required Documents

• Verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submitting your documents.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the verification process is underway.
• All verification documents are stored on secure servers and are never shared with third parties.
• BB4 may request additional documentation if deemed necessary.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Terms

BB4 follows clear rules for deposits and withdrawals. There are no hidden charges.

Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (may vary depending on the payment method).
• BB4 supports all major mobile banking methods in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and DBBL Nexus.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits from another person's account are not permitted.

Withdrawal

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals of large amounts (above ৳50,000) may require additional verification.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.

05Bonus & Promotion Terms

BB4's bonus program is designed to give members extra value. However, each bonus comes with specific conditions that are important to understand.

How do wagering requirements work?

Wagering means you must place bets totaling a specified multiple of your bonus amount before you can withdraw it. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 5x wagering requirement means you need to bet ৳5,000 in total. These bets are fulfilled through your regular gameplay.

• Wagering requirement calculations are based solely on eligible bets.
• Certain markets (such as bets placed at odds below 1.30) may not count toward wagering calculations.
• Wagering requirements must generally be met within 30 days of activating the bonus.
• Once the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are automatically released for withdrawal.
• Each bonus may carry its own wagering conditions — please review the specific terms before claiming.

Bonus Abuse

• Claiming the same bonus from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonuses must be used for genuine betting purposes only.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be terminated and any accumulated funds may be forfeited.

06Betting Rules

Before placing any bets on BB4, it's important to be familiar with these rules. They apply equally to all members.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is abandoned before the match starts, all bets are voided and stakes are refunded.
• If a match is suspended after kick-off, settlement will follow BB4's rules (typically a 48-hour waiting period applies).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, BB4 reserves the right to void those bets.
• BB4 may investigate any suspicious betting patterns and, where necessary, place a hold on payments.
• Maximum bet limits vary by event and market and are displayed on the BB4 dashboard.

Live Betting

• In live betting, odds can change every second.
• Due to network latency, the odds displayed may differ slightly from real-time odds.
• BB4 may temporarily suspend live betting at any time.

07Casino & Live Game Terms

There are specific terms that apply to the use of BB4's Casino and Live Games sections.

• Every casino game has a defined RTP (Return to Player) rate, which is listed on each game's page.
• Live Casino games are broadcast in real time. If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will be settled in accordance with BB4's rules.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a Random Number Generator (RNG) or a live dealer.
• If you lose connection during a Live game, the hand on which your bet was placed will be settled in the normal course of play.
• BB4 may require additional time to verify jackpot win claims.

08Privacy & Data Protection

BB4 places the highest importance on member privacy. You have the right to know how your information is used.

09Responsible Gaming Policy

BB4 believes betting should be a source of entertainment – not a cause of problems. That's why BB4 has a range of responsible gaming tools in place.

• Any member may set daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits on their own account.
• Self-Exclusion: If you feel you need a break from betting, you can exclude yourself from your account dashboard for any period between 24 hours and 5 years.
• Cooling-Off Period: Your account can be temporarily deactivated for 1–6 weeks if you need a short break.
• BB4 is not available to anyone under 18 — parents are encouraged to use parental control software.

10Account Closure & Termination

Either BB4 or the member may request account closure at any time.

• You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
• Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before closing your account.
• Once a self-exclusion request is submitted, your account will not be reactivated before the chosen period has ended.

From BB4

• BB4 reserves the right to terminate accounts in the event of a Terms violation.
• If fraud or money laundering is suspected, the account may be suspended immediately.
• If bonus abuse is established, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
